Our dogs were in heaven, with room to run and play for free, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool in the summer heat. It’s a peaceful, comfortable spot by the Vézère river. The owners are wonderfully kind, and the home-cooked dinners were amazing. We’ll be back!

There’s lots to see nearby, and the hotel sits in peaceful, quiet countryside. We had a highly enjoyable stay and would love to return. The building is old and adds character, while the rooms and beds are very comfortable. There’s a pool out back and a children’s playground. We didn’t try dinner, though the restaurant looked pleasant. We never met the owner, but two lovely, helpful women welcomed us.

The people were friendly, and the place looked clean, but the rooms had a strange smell. The towels were stained, and the bathtub had no shower curtain, so the bath got wet when I showered.

Great location, lovely hosts, and good prices. The puppy was awesome too. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
