8/10
The place is in a beautiful spot, and the rooms are spacious, nice, and cleaned daily. Service is good, though not always immediately available; if you need something, he does come. The weak point is the Wi-Fi: it’s very slow and doesn’t reach the far end of the room. I’d still definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed as a family and found the rooms comfortable and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, and the location is handy for Annecy.

Clean, with great coffee, and a lovely place to use as a base.
