The location is fantastic, with the sites and lakeside venues all reachable on foot. The staff were wonderful. Paid parking nearby had plenty of spaces. As with Ibis hotels generally, the rooms are a bit small for two people. Still, it’s a good hotel and I’d book with confidence.

Jessica had our rooms immaculate, and the breakfast and restaurant were excellent. I was there with my family and two children. We did run into a problem with our Booking.com reservation, but the reception team was quick to respond and accommodating. I’d gladly return.

Even though we arrived late, the hotel took us in. The employees were helpful, friendly, and flexible. Breakfast was superb, with lots of options. Our room was clean and well looked after, although there wasn’t much space to move around. Very satisfied with our stay.

The beds were so comfortable, and the staff were amazing. We’d planned to stay just one night, but ended up adding another. It was a lovely stay.

The friendly, welcoming team is what makes this place special. I go to the café regularly to work, and when my family visits, they always stay here. We’ve consistently had a great experience thanks to the people who work here. The central Ibis in Thonon-les-Bains also has a lot going for it: its location, atmosphere, food, coffee, and views. I wish I could give it 10 stars!
