That little bridge and the view across the Thouet river are incredible. We were greeted so warmly, and our room was comfortable too.

The hostess really goes out of her way to make you happy, and she’s charming. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely setting by a stream, and a great breakfast.

We spent two nights here and I’d happily recommend the guesthouse. It’s wonderfully peaceful, with the sound of water coming through the open window. The room was spacious and felt like home. Breakfast was generous, varied and delicious, clearly made with passion. The owner also shared the mill’s history and showed us her museum, which brought back childhood memories. Such a warm welcome.

The Château room had plenty of space and was very well equipped. We appreciated the little extras, including bottled water, biscuits, books and brochures about the region. Françoise and Nadine found the generous hospitality of their childhood region here, along with a wonderfully warm welcome. It was a lovely stay in a real bed and breakfast, in an exceptional setting.

This was our second stay, and we felt at home again. Our quiet, comfortable room was right by the water. The host was so welcoming and attentive, and made us a truly lavish breakfast 🥰 A real treat.
