Mani Vel at reception made us feel welcome and was really helpful when we arrived, then greeted us warmly again as we checked out. Even though we got in around midnight and stayed only one night, check-in was easy and the room was cozy and clean.

The breakfast had plenty of choices, and we really liked the bedding, especially the mattress, extra pillows, and blanket. It was a very good stay for a low price, with good service too.

We had loads of room in the family room. Clean and comfortable, and a nice place to stop over.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the 12:00 PM checkout, which made the morning feel much more relaxed. The room was comfortable, with a nicely balanced mattress, and the shower had a strong flow, though its head may sit a little low for taller guests. The gated, complimentary parking gave me peace of mind, and the recent renovation shows in the hotel's excellent condition. Everything was spotless, from the room to the common areas. For the facilities and service, I thought the price was very reasonable and was impressed with my stay. I'd recommend it for business or leisure, as long as you remember it's a budget hotel, not a five-star property.

The welcome was friendly, and both the hotel and our room were spotless. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. We were there for just one night, but I'd happily come back.
