We had a fab Christmas with Chalet Chardons in Tignes in their lovely big shared chalet. The food and hosts were excellent, and there are two handy local bars. We hope to return in March. Most of the others staying that week had been with them before too. Recommended!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the evening meals were some of the best chalet food I’ve had. Canapés, three courses, then cheese and port if you still had room, with not a duff course. Breakfast was spot on too, with proper coffee machines, plenty of hot and cold choices and fresh pasties. The afternoon cake was fine and there was plenty of it on the couple of days we got back in time. The bedrooms are a little small, but comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels and linen. There’s a ski room with heated boot racks, a large dining space, plus a couple of snug areas with sofas and TVs. The chalet sits in a quiet part of Tignes, with bars, ski hire, restaurants and the bubble up to the main ski area nearby. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. This was hands down my best ski trip so far, and my second time at this resort. It’s great for a family, a small group or friends, or a big party like ours with 47 friends. There are great amenities, a nice social space and wonderful hosts. Definitely recommend!

The friendly staff made us feel at home all week, and gave us lots of good ideas for things to do. We were a group of friends, and the chalet was exceptional. The chef outdid himself every day with delicious meals that kept us going for long ski days. Family-style dinners were a great way to meet the other guests, and it was handy being able to pick up a packed lunch for the mountain each day. It was easy to walk from the chalet to the gondola and ski shop, which made things simple for a big group with different skill levels and schedules. People who weren’t skiing at a particular time could still meet the others for lunch in different parts of the mountain. There are also welcoming pubs, restaurants and stores nearby. Les Brev is a wonderful little town, and the awesome chalet staff always put a smile on your face when you walk in. Highly recommend.
