Izzy kept our group of 15 happily fed all week with delicious, beautifully prepared meals, and jade helped so much to keep everything running smoothly. After skiing, we loved coming back to the warm, welcoming chalet, whether to use the hot tub, sit by the fire and talk, or share a home-cooked meal. The huge windows looked out over snowy mountains, and the wooden interior felt both cozy and luxurious. Getting to the lifts was easy with just a short walk. It was a fabulous trip, and we can’t wait to come back! ❄️⛷️✨

The staff really made our stay at Chalet Isabella. There were 15 of us from four families, and they went out of their way to cater for the fussy eaters as well as prepare fabulous food, including great vegetarian dishes. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and we couldn’t have been better looked after. The chalet was beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. We can’t wait to return.

Our chalet host and chef were such good company and looked after us brilliantly. The rooms were super clean, the food was fabulous, and the fires and comfy sofas made the chalet feel so relaxed and lovely.

Jack cooked tasty, hearty meals all week, and Flossie was an excellent host. They were happy to accommodate our requests and preferences, and we felt thoroughly spoiled. We were 14 in the group, and the comfortable, well-kept chalet had everything we needed, including a hot tub, sauna and drinks that kept flowing. It was easy to get to the slopes quickly, too. I’d happily recommend staying here.

After skiing, the hot tub and sauna were just right. Our bed was comfortable, and the en-suite was spacious. Jack and Flossie made the stay at Chalet Isabella really relaxing, and the food and drinks were superb.
