The front desk team made a stressful travel problem easy to handle. They helped sort out our delayed ski baggage, rentals, lift passes, and even ski clothing with real kindness and efficiency. We also loved being able to properly unwind: the spa treatments were relaxing, the facilities were thoughtfully laid out and well cared for, and the ski lockers were spotless and convenient. Our room was cozy and impeccably clean, while the generous, warmly decorated shared spaces had lovely alpine character and made us want to stay awhile. The food was delicious throughout. Hôtel Les Campanules by Les Etincelles gave us a perfect mountain break. We’d happily return and recommend it for a memorable ski holiday.

We had a great week despite one frustrating mismatch with what we’d booked. We were told our suite would have two rooms with proper single beds for our teenage children, but the second turned out to be the lounge with sofa beds. It was extremely cozy and not what we’d been promised. The rest was lovely: friendly staff, a superb spa, a really nice evening meal, and a fantastic position with spectacular slope views.

Our family room had a lovely view and plenty of space, even if the rooms felt a little dated. The hotel is wonderfully close to the slopes of Tignes, and the staff were attentive, with lots of thoughtful touches over Christmas. The food was great too, and having a spa was a nice bonus.

I’m very dissatisfied. The hotel took a EUR 300 deposit from my debit card and never refunded it, even though I had clear confirmation it should be released. I sent all the requested documents and followed up several times, but got no reply, update, or explanation. Being ignored after money has been taken is unacceptable and unprofessional. It caused needless stress and wasted time, and left me feeling that customer concerns aren’t taken seriously. I’d urge others to be very cautious about deposits and refunds.
