My boyfriend and I stayed 7 nights to ski in Tignes and Val DIsere, and had an amazing time. The team treated us so well. One lovely woman helped with our luggage and parked the car, then another showed us around the hotel and our room. At the ski shop, our skis and boots were looked after each evening and ready for us every morning, and the staff there were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and amazing views. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was incredible. You can ski in and out too. I’ll be back with the family, totally recommend it.

A very good place to base yourself and your family for a week. It’s well placed for a virtual ski-in/ski-out stay, and the ski shop is great. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, while dinner service was average, the meals okay but not great. The bar feels modern and is well stocked, with evening entertainment often on. Pool and sauna area were good too.

We’d stay here again when we return to Tignes. It’s right beside the slopes in Tignes Le Lac, and the service is outstanding. The staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. Sarah was incredible throughout, and the ski shop team were always ready to help with equipment and share insights on the slopes. One thing: fresh fruit juices at breakfast matter, and I wish they were an option, especially since they’re available at the bar later in the day.

My first visit to Tignes, and I really enjoyed the hotel. It’s new and clean, with exceptional staff who pay close attention to guests. It isn’t quite ski-in ski-out, but the walk to the main lifts is doable and not that long. With a snowboard it was manageable, and probably even easier on skis. I mentioned a breakfast concern in the mid-stay survey, and it was addressed literally the next morning. That’s true 5* hospitality. Dinners were good, and Christmas dinner felt special and unique. Service was sometimes quicker, sometimes slower, but it didn’t spoil the experience. My suggestion to people leaving negative reviews: bring up the issue during your stay, since hotel management may be able to make it right while you’re there.
