The location is the only good thing. The room was crowded, with nowhere to put luggage in a room meant for 4 people. The hotel staff gave terrible service. Towels cost extra, and we had to clean the apartment ourselves without any cleaning products, so we had to buy our own. Money was taken from our deposit without any explanation.
The room was clean, and the shower, hot plate, oven, and other facilities were alright. But it was much too small for four people, and two of us had to sleep on the floor. The ski locker barely held two skis and two snowboards, so we had to bring the ski boots into an already overcrowded room.
The beds are very uncomfortable, and this place is really just a base for skiing. We arrived in time for check in, but the rooms weren’t ready. Check everything for damage before settling in, or they may charge you for anything broken.
It’s very dirty and old, and the kitchen has almost nothing beyond plates, cutlery, and cups. The only good thing is how close it is to the slopes. We had to make the beds when we left and clean everything, even though it was dirty when we arrived. I won’t go back.
The village’s highest point has direct access from the ski slope. The welcome desk was good, the flats were quite well maintained, and the ski locker room was spacious. There’s pizza takeaway on the ground floor and a bakery across the street.
