We had plenty of space for two, and the room was clean, comfortable, and stocked with the utensils we needed. The lockers were handy, and a cellular Wi-Fi device came in useful. You can ski right in, though someone does need to open the door for you. Groceries and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. One thing to plan for: we had to buy basics like sponges, soap, air freshener, and even salt, which we expected to find in the apartment.
Everything came at an extra cost, including towels, bed linen, and Wi-Fi, though maybe that's just how things work here. The location is great for skiing, right beside the Tufs chairlift. Val Claret's center is only a few minutes away on foot, and Club Med is across the road.
You couldn't ask for a better location in Tignes. The downside is that the apartments are tiny, and some aren't equipped very well.
For what you get, it costs too much.
I spent hours on the balcony watching skiers use the chairlift, with a lovely mountain view and a comforting coffee, if Ander can make it. The master suite is the best part of this cozy, well-equipped apartment, and it's so inviting you might not want to leave all stay. There's plenty of light, and the built-in spotlights change color to set a mood. The purple lighting took me back to those lustful nights in Behobia. The apartment is also well insulated, so you barely hear the neighbors, if there are any. I liked the practical balcony fridge with all its space, and the TV swivels to face wherever you want. No complaints, we'd stay again. And if this is the cheapest apartment, I can only imagine the premium suite.
