After a serious accident at the airport, I temporarily couldn’t walk and needed a wheelchair. The whole situation was stressful and hard to manage, but the hotel staff were patient, respectful, and understanding, and did their best to help with my requests. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism they showed during a difficult time. I’d absolutely stay again, and I’m grateful for their support. My original booking was for four nights. Soon after checking in, I told the hotel I’d probably leave early, either the next day or the day after. Around noon on my second day, I confirmed I’d check out the following day. The staff noted it on my account and communicated clearly, politely, and accommodatingly throughout.

There’s public Wi-Fi that doesn’t need a password, but don’t expect a restaurant or bar, just vending machines with water and snacks. The reception guy seemed bored and dismissive, so check-in felt rushed. I stayed one night because the hotel is close to Beauvais Airport for my early flight. It’s okay if you only need a bed for a few hours, but I wouldn’t choose it unless I had an early departure or a missed flight.

I was shocked by how I was treated and wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. I came late at night before an early flight, hoping to sit in the bar area briefly, get a drink or something to eat, and wait. I wasn’t asking for a room. The website says there’s a 24-hour bar and reception, but the receptionist told me I couldn’t stay without booking a room and rudely said, “No, leave now.” I explained that I’d order food and a drink, but he still insisted I leave. It was freezing outside, and the airport was closed at that hour. As a woman traveling alone, the whole thing felt unsafe and disrespectful. For a hotel that advertises itself as open 24 hours, this was completely unacceptable.

It’s handy for the airport, but the rooms are very basic and the internet connection was poor. I paid 100 Euros, which felt overpriced for what the hotel offers. I’d say 45 Euros would be fair.
