The staff are what made the stay for me. Olga is a funny person, and I loved her bits. Laurie and Timo were great too, and manager Rafael definitely deserves a thank you. I'll see you guys soon. Getting into Reims was easy: U1 or U8 from the Boutreaux bus stop, less than a five-minute walk from the hotel, takes you to Gare Centre. The trip is about 20 minutes. There are shops around the hotel as well, and it's a very comfortable location. The hotel is clean, quiet, well maintained, and easy to reach, close to the city centre. Great value for money, and I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Reims. Thanks again to all the staff ❤️ 💙 💜 🫂 💋

My car tire was damaged on the way home, so my insurance arranged for me to stay here. The staff have been extremely helpful, especially the onsite manager, who helped me contact the local garage where my car is. I can't thank him enough. They also have a great woodfired grill onsite.

The rooms are small, but they were clean and comfortable, and had air conditioning. Breakfast was fine, with the usual basics. It's close to the motorway, with lots of free parking, and there's a large hyper market opposite plus plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Decent value for money.

There was plenty of parking, and the place is dog friendly. The location near Reims worked really well, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We skipped dinner, though the meals we saw looked delicious.

The restaurant was great, with really nice food at a reasonable price. Staff were very friendly too. It's a handy overnight stop if you're heading to Spain, the south or southwest of France, Switzerland, or Italy. This will be my go-to hotel for long drives from now on.
