Les Marmottes Charentaises

We had a wonderful stay with our two children and would gladly come back. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and discreet. Our room had its own bathroom and toilet, which was a real plus, and the property has private gated parking. The B&B has all the comforts you need and is just a 30-minute drive from the beaches at Fouras. Breakfast was excellent.

This was our second stay, and we were welcomed just as warmly as the first time. The hosts think of lots of little things, like tea in the room and suggestions for walks. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of homemade brioche, cake, jam, salted caramel, and local products. There's a lovely municipal swimming pool nearby in summer, plus a large garden where you can eat, with garden furniture and a summer kitchen. A very pleasant B&B, highly recommended.

We spent two nights here and were looked after with kindness and care. The rooms are roomy and practical, with thoughtful details like a personal note and everything needed for a relaxing cup of tea. In the evenings, we enjoyed getting together as a family around the big table, with lots of board games to play. Breakfast was generous and included homemade products. Highly recommended! 😀

Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious, and it was perfect for children. We were delighted with our few nights in this house: the welcome was very warm, and the room was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely keep the address and highly recommend it. 🙂
