The customer service was very bad. I wouldn't recommend it.

Greg was very helpful, and the apartment is just a short walk from the city center. It's clean and cozy, with a little staircase up to the sleeping area and a spacious, well-furnished living room. The vintage furniture and charm brought back childhood memories. I highly recommend it.
