Stay away from GREGBNB. I say they stole my money and put my life in danger, and I now have a lawsuit against them. Toulon Police did nothing about it, though I suspect corruption there. Tourists and other travelers shouldn't have their money taken or be put at risk like this. If this has happened to you too, report it to the police and then sue them in high court. They should pay for what they've done. I was robbed by GREGBNB, and I want justice. Stay away so you don't end up in the same situation.

The apartment itself was lovely, but I wouldn't choose it if I needed a quiet place to sleep. Noise in the hallway went on at all hours, including someone taking the building's trash out at 5 a.m. At 2 a.m., one of them even knocked on my door because they couldn't get into their own place or reach the landlord, who is indeed hard to contact. The soundproofing is a problem.

Our stay was really unpleasant. The place was dirty, and the bath smelled bad. The owner also asked for a €300 deposit and wouldn't return it unless we cleaned the apartment. Be careful.
