Vanessa at reception deserves an immediate promotion and a huge salary. She was a standout, and all the staff were a delight. We really enjoyed our stay: the room was spacious, clean, and had a big comfortable bed, and there was a great breakfast selection. The location is a little odd, but it works well for the old town, the local ferries, and the Corsica ferries. It's a 29-minute walk from the station.

We came for a three-night rugby trip, and the hotel is right next to the stadium. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is very nice. Staff quickly sorted out our constantly flushing toilet and were helpful throughout. There’s a nice bar and a good breakfast too. I'd definitely recommend it.

Mr. Yosef pointed out where to go in the city and what was worth seeing. We followed his advice, and he was right. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. The food was amazing too. Such a great experience.

We chose Ibis Styles Toulon for one night before taking the ferry to Mallorca, and the short drive to the port made it very convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast stood out as the best we've had at any Ibis Styles, with lots of variety, fresh choices, and everything nicely presented. The only drawback was the reception service after check-in. The staff were friendly when we arrived, but afterwards seemed more focused on chatting with each other than paying attention to guests. A little more professionalism at the desk would have made us feel more welcome. Even so, it's comfortable and convenient for a short stay near the port.

After our very long drive, Paola's warm welcome at reception was a relief. She was friendly and helpful, spoke beautiful French, and had excellent English too. Meeting her left us feeling glad we'd booked our night with the Ibis.
