The location was great, about a 10 minute walk from the city center, with good food options, public transport, and the quieter end of town close by. The hotel staff were really nice and suggested restaurants. We also loved having the lobby coffee machine after walking around and in the morning. We booked the Superior studio for two people and had a nice amount of space for three nights. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful to have, and our room's balcony was amazing. We absolutely loved this hotel.

The lounge was a highlight, with a warm welcome and coffee available around the clock. The apartment hotel has a modern look, pleasant interiors, and a kitchen stocked with what you need. Getting into central Toulouse is easy. I just wish housekeeping came a little more often, ideally every three days.

The room was lovely and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast was tasty, though it costs extra. Views and terraces vary from room to room. One thing to remember: the parking instructions they send with a reservation aren’t obvious, so keep them handy when you arrive.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they speak several languages. My broken French and bad American English were both fine. The rooms are better than at most extended-stay hotels I’ve tried, and the rates are affordable.

I was only there briefly. The gym is small, and breakfast was just okay. I wasn’t keen on having the kitchen right beside the bed, or on the fan. The switches for the funky lights baffled me. The shower was okay.
