For a two-star hotel, the service was warm and not as bad as some reviews make it sound. Just keep the room rate in mind and don't expect luxury. Breakfast is where they could make a lot of improvements.

The rooms are old, but the cleaners kept mine clean and the bed caused no problems. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was absolutely perfect. I was there for a research stay, and for what I paid I'd be mad to complain. I'd gladly return.

Everything in the kitchen area was neat and clean, and the rooms were very good. The staff were very polite.

4/10
The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, but the apartment felt dated. The pillows were thin, the camp bed had a broken leg, and the old-looking bath had a weak, leaking shower. Breakfast was basic. On day two there was no coffee, and nobody was available to ask for more. After three weeks of travelling around Europe, this was the lowest-ranked hotel I stayed in.

The location is fantastic, and having private underground parking is essential if you're planning to drive in Toulouse. The apart hotel was nice, with kind reception staff. The management team was attentive to customers' needs and complaints.
