Bed Breakfast - Oustal Du Pois Gourmand

The location was sublime, and the discovery tasting menu made for a fantastic treat on the last night of our holiday. The food was incredible, and the servers were all lovely and attentive without being overbearing. A couple of timings were off: our first course and wine pairing arrived soon after we ordered cocktails, so we couldn't enjoy the drinks at our own pace, and one wine pairing came late. It didn't take away from the evening. We especially loved the velouté and smoked haddock & mimosa egg. Thank you for a lovely night.

The evening by the Garonne at dusk was already lovely, and the quality of every dish made the birthday celebration one to remember. The food, setting, and service were fantastic 😍. Our sommelier kept things relaxed and fun with his stories and good-humoured expertise.

I drove five hours from Bilbao to eat here, and it was worth the trip. The dishes looked as good as they tasted, and everything was awesome. We chose a menu with starters and dessert. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were so kind. They kept an eye on the table and brought things like bread or extra cutlery without us having to ask. Thanks for the experience.

We arrived early for my birthday dinner by the river, and it was no problem at all. Everyone did their best to speak English, and they explained the menu clearly. The food was amazing. Our waiter and waitress gave us superb service, and the person looking after the wine was fantastic. Such a memorable night. If we're back this way, we'll bring friends. Thank you xx
