The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room felt cosy with its warm brick wall. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. It was very clean and quiet, and the blackout curtains worked well. A charming hotel in a perfect location for exploring Toulouse.

At €120 a night, you can easily find somewhere much better. The building is quite worn down, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I booked and paid for a double room for two people, but they told me that because I was alone, they’d given me a single room instead. I didn’t argue, but it’s like ordering a 700g steak and being served 400g because you’re dining solo, while still being charged for 700g. The room was so small there was barely space to move. The shower’s body wash bottle was empty, and the drain was clogged, so I had a short shower without soap this morning. Let’s just say I hope you’re not sitting next to me on today’s flight.

A lovely spot for a day or two in this lovely city, tucked away from the tourist crowds. The townhouse hotel is quirky, and our room was beautiful, with exposed brick and a boutique feel. The gentleman at reception gave us a very warm welcome and was so helpful, including with dining recommendations. There’s no lift, so be warned if you have heavy bags. That’s really the only catch. Highly recommended!

A very central base for enjoying Toulouse day or night, with pleasant receptionists who were keen to help. It’s a quirky hotel, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. There’s no breakfast room, so breakfast is served in the room, and parking is off site. The hotel has three floors, which could be difficult with a heavy suitcase or limited mobility. You can ask for a room on a lower floor if needed.
