With our flight leaving early, staying here made things easy. The staff spoke English and were keen to help, arranging a shuttle van for 6:00 am. Since breakfast wasn't open yet, they gave us coffee and pastries to take along. Très sympa 😊

The lobby worked well for quick business conversations, with plenty of seats, even high chairs, and a large restaurant and bar. I spent five days here for a conference at the MEETT exhibition center. My room was spacious and clean, and although the gym is small, the restaurant service at breakfast and dinner was prompt and the food was quite good. There's also a popular local bakery about a five-minute walk away. My stay was satisfactory.

Breakfast here was amazing compared with what I'm used to in the US. We arrived on a late flight, stayed the night, then drove to Carcassone the next morning. The staff were great, and our room was clean and quiet. It's close to the airport too. One of the best Courtyards I've stayed at.

6/10
The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel itself is nice. The location, service, and cleanliness were all good. Some rooms feel a little dated, though, and the walls are thin enough that you can hear through them. Restaurant prices are excessive, at least.

The staff are the hotel's strongest point, especially Alex and David, who are always helpful and easygoing. I keep coming back to the Courtyard Toulouse for work because they run shuttle transfers to St Martin and various Airbus locations. The rooms have recently been renovated, which is a plus, though the air conditioning can struggle when it's really hot outside. The food is much better than at any Courtyard I've been to in North America.
