Cowool Toulouse

COWOOL Toulouse worked really well for our 4th annual Synergy Grant meeting. We came from 4 different Universities to discuss our scientific progress, and everyone was satisfied with the big, comfortable, clean rooms. The seminar room had a large screen, comfortable chairs, and all the connections needed for remote participation worked perfectly. Lunch and coffee break catering was generous and very tasty. Zélie, Adrien, Laura were the heart of the staff support before, during, and after the meeting. They were patient, capable, friendly, and helpful with every last-minute change, large or small, and always answered requests and questions with a smile. I'd have no hesitation suggesting COWOOL Toulouse as a meeting spot.

The setting was so peaceful and beautiful that the extra trip from the city center felt worth it. I spent a month here and found the surrounding nature breathtaking and relaxing. There were lots of activities to keep me occupied, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. I felt right at home and highly recommend the hotel.

I found it comfortable for working and studying, and laundry service is available too. The room and facilities are great, especially for a stay over five months. It's kid-friendly, transport is easy to access, and handling bookings or extensions is simple. I really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

There's a great workspace on the main floor, and the location feels very secure. It's a cool place with potential to be really good. Renovations had just been done, but some areas weren't finished yet. The bathroom had no towel racks, holders, or hooks, and there was toilet paper but no holder. The kitchenette was stocked, though it had no cleaning supplies or dish towels.
