I chose this hotel near the train station so I could visit Carcassonne and Lourdes. I had brought two credit cards but lost one, and my other JCB card wouldn't work in Europe, leaving me unable to pay the rest of my bill. It was a difficult spot. I managed to reach my family in Japan, and they waited until I had finished paying, which helped so much. I'll never forget the kindness I received so far from home. Madame and the staff were so kind, and the comfortable, conveniently located rooms made a miserable start to my time in Toulouse into a dear memory. The journey from Japan to France takes 14 hours, but I'd love to come back and see you all if I get the chance. I'm truly grateful.

The staff were fantastic, and our room was clean and fresh. The hotel has a lovely garden at the back, which we really enjoyed. It's well placed for getting around the city, though the area feels a bit seedy at night because it's near public transport stations. Those stations also made travel convenient. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable. I had a great experience, and the location is great too. If I visit Toulouse again, I'll definitely stay here. Thanks for everything!

It's handy from the train or airport bus, and about a 10-minute walk to the center of Toulouse. The welcome was nice, and the place was clean and quiet. Everything worked, especially the very effective air conditioning.

We had a comfortable room with a lovely view, and the reception staff were really nice and helpful. It was a lovely hotel for our couple of days in Toulouse, with transit stops easy to reach.
