I had a really nice stay in this lovely, cosy hotel. The atmosphere was great, and there were restaurants, a bar, and shops around. 😀merci

The place was disgusting, smelly, filthy, and badly managed. When I complained that I couldn't breathe, they refused to refund my money. I asked for the manager and was told he'd come tomorrow. I had to call the police to get my money back. They said they had no other room available, because apparently all of them were just as disgusting.

I slept terribly because of bedbugs. It's really unpleasant, and now I'm scratching all over 😔😔😔😔😔😔😌😌😌😌

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and recently renovated. Its spot between Toulouse train station and Place du Capitole is really convenient. I’d come back when I’m in the area. It could do with a bit more decoration, though. Jeam Bigué

It’s close to the center, which is about the only plus for me. The service, cleanliness, and facilities were poor, especially considering how expensive it was for the quality offered.
