I really liked my stay. The room design was pleasing, and the lighting was easy to access and use. Everything was really clean, which I appreciated, and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were so kind too. Thanks for the service.
10/10
The hotel is across from the train station, and the city centre is around 10-12 minutes away on foot. Reception gave us a warm, friendly welcome, and our room was a good size and very clean. I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks to everyone at the hotel!
8/10
You can walk to most attractions from this lovely little spot opposite the train station. The view of the station is beautiful. Breakfast could be better.
10/10
We had a king size bed, so it filled the room, but there was still a table, a chair, and some shelving. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and hot water. It’s right across from the train station, which made it a great place for a quick stop in Toulouse. The area was fine to be in.
10/10
The staff were very kind. They lent me an ironing board to sort out the shirts that had been in my suitcase, and when my keycard didn’t work, they fixed it straight away. The room felt secure, the bed was spacious and so comfortable, and it had a real luxury feel. I didn’t have breakfast, though it looked standard. It was nice that you could make yourself a coffee if you wanted. The hotel is right opposite the station, a great option for a relaxing, convenient stay in Tolouse.
