Lina at reception was the best part of our stay: incredibly kind and helpful, with immaculate English. The hotel itself is small, cozy, very clean, and in a perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood. Go Rochester! 🙌 I'd recommend it especially for Lina's excellent customer service.

The old lift from 1930 is unique and feels like a little glimpse into the past. The guest book in the room also shows the attention to detail. This is a lovely historic hotel that shows its age, and that's part of its charm. The staff were super helpful and considerate, and the location is great.

Right in the heart of the city, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, markets, and anything else you might need. The metro is very close too. The staff are super friendly and breakfast was great. I'd definitely stay again.

The neighborhood was lively, with a great market on the next street, and the train and metro were close by. It made a great base for a city break in central Toulouse. Staff were helpful and the air conditioning worked well. The room was a little small, but perfectly sufficient.

The rooms were clean, but pretty basic and could use some renovation. Breakfast was fine, though there was nothing hot like eggs. It didn't feel like a four-star stay to me, more like two or three stars.
