I abandoned my other booking and came across this hotel while walking around. They welcomed me warmly, gave me a good rate, and I slept really well. It was a great experience, with excellent front desk service from all the staff. Thank you!

The warm welcome from the team made the stay memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Amina and everyone for their kindness, dedication, and attention to detail. Booking through checkout, they handled everything with care and professionalism. The whole experience felt exceptional, and I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a genuine welcome and outstanding service.

A nice, very affordable hotel about 15 minutes from Toulouse centre. The service and breakfast are excellent.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s a nice little place, not too far from the centre of Toulouse.

4/10
The staff were the one bright spot. They were really friendly and tried to make up for the management issues and the poor condition of the building and rooms. The room stayed warm because the AC couldn’t cool it, but the street was too noisy to leave the window open. Breakfast was bad, and with only one coffee machine, there was a queue. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.
