We only stayed one night, but they even prepared dinner for us when we asked, since we were travelling with a child. The food was very good, and the hosts were wonderful. They also brought our baby some toys for the garden, which he really enjoyed. The house and rooms are incredible. If we’re back in town or passing through, we’ll stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

The building and garden are so pretty and very well cared for, with lots of little details throughout. The atmosphere was lovely, and I had a very pleasant stay. Don’t forget to look for Prune the cat and give her a pet :)

We got a very warm welcome from our host. The grounds are lovely and lead to a very clean pool. My bedroom was spacious, the bed really comfortable, and the en-suite was good. There’s secure parking behind high electric gates.

My wife booked this hotel for two nights, but our flight was delayed and we couldn’t check in before 10:30 p.m. as requested. The owner didn’t offer a solution, and kept saying we couldn’t ring the doorbell or check in. Maybe we were just unlucky, but I don’t think this kind of hospitality deserves almost five stars. I’ve visited Toulouse many times, and this definitely isn’t what makes the city beautiful. In reply to the owner: my wife said on the call that our flight would be late and that we’d land at 10:35. Honestly, how can you say we couldn’t check in before 11:30 p.m.? Luckily, after landing, we found another hotel very quickly and checked in at 11:15 p.m. Whether you run a hotel or a guest room, you’re providing hospitality, and I think it’s your responsibility to offer some options instead of turning guests away outright.
