The young women working here were really friendly and kept the place spotless. There was free coffee all day, too. Our room was a good size, and the shower was perfect. From the balcony you can see the square and a pedestrian street. The hotel is just ten steps from Capitole in the historic center, with lots of cafes nearby. The area felt safe and quiet, with pedestrian streets all around. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Our renovated room was great, and although the balcony faced the street, noise wasn't a problem at all. We came to enjoy the city, so the convenient location suited us perfectly. I really don't understand all the bad reviews, and I'm pretty picky about hotels.

The service was top-notch, and the rooms were generous in size. It's a smart, fairly large hotel in the heart of historic Toulouse, yet surprisingly quiet for such a central spot.

Our stay was excellent. Right in the heart of Toulouse, the hotel has spacious, comfortable rooms that were very clean, and the service was impeccable.

The location is great, and you can walk to just about anywhere in the city. But after I had prepaid for the room and all the city taxes, I was charged another 126 EUR when leaving. I never ate breakfast, and they couldn't give me an itemized bill. I felt like I'd been pickpocketed. I work in the Space Industry and with local companies, and next time I'm in town I'll find a hotel I consider more honest and reputable.
