Xavier at reception was especially helpful. He kept our bags after checkout when we had a late flight, and showed us the sights and suggested a wonderful restaurant. The hotel is central, clean, and the service was excellent. We'd definitely return.

A slightly unusual setup, but it had what we needed, including air conditioning, and the price was great. It's right in the city center. They offer discounted parking at a nearby underground lot, probably a little over half price, $18 vs $30+. Great stay.

The stairs up to the hotel are fairly narrow, so big or heavy bags and mobility issues could make access difficult. Otherwise, it's a nice small hotel in a central spot. The simple rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked, and the helpful staff were happy to mind our bags before and after our stay.

The staff were wonderful and made our late arrival easy by leaving the key in a drop box. Our room had three single beds for three adults, and although there was no elevator, that didn't bother us. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and it worked perfectly despite being a bit small. Everything was very clean, and the location was lovely and quiet, about a 20-minute walk to the train station and Capitole. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it, especially for the staff. Merci Hôtel Croix Baragnon!!
