I paid for five nights in Toulouse but left on the second day because the conditions were unacceptable. When I arrived, the room was dirty and unhygienic, with used towels and sheets that hadn't been washed and still had someone else's hair on them. It looked as if someone had stayed there for days without the apartment staff cleaning. Since it was late and I was exhausted from traveling, I had to stay the first night anyway. I reported it at reception the next morning. The response was inappropriate, with no apology, and paying the deposit was difficult because they wouldn't accept mobile card payment. When I got back from university on Monday, only the sheets had been replaced. There were still floor stains in the bathroom, including human feces on the floor. Other problems added up: the stovetop didn't work, the kitchen utensils were dirty, and the TV had no internet for Netflix or YouTube. On Tuesday I woke with a severe headache because the air conditioning was too strong and the room too cold. I was told there was no solution and that I had to sleep with the air conditioning on. I then woke with a fever and left earlier than planned.

We stayed for two nights in September 2025 and felt comfortable there. Our room was clean and had a big window, a small bathroom, and a spot to make hot drinks. I can't give zero stars, so one it is. My wonderful husband died in a terrible accident on the way to this hotel, but they refused to refund the two nights he'd booked. I got a response that sounded like AI, though it turned out to have been written by a person. They said I had contacted them after the deadline, and that if I'd told them the day before, they would have made an exception and refunded me. They also said they would give Booking.com the same answer. Booking.com contacted the hotel for me, but they refused again and said it was their policy. After that, they sent me two requests to leave a review. I'm beyond words at how heartless and horrible the management has been.

We booked an apartment through the website on the day we needed it, and my card was charged straight away. Only when we arrived did we realize it was a student residence renting rooms to tourists for the summer, something that hadn't been made clear beforehand. Reception couldn't find our booking or payment. After several calls with a sister property, they offered us another room but expected us to pay for it as well. The young receptionist was polite, though clearly overwhelmed and not equipped to sort it out. It was late and we were already behind for dinner, so we had to leave and find somewhere else. Fortunately, the payment was refunded the next day. The whole thing was frustrating and disorganized, and I wouldn't recommend it if you need a dependable, professional check-in.
