The place felt neglected and uncomfortable, and I didn't think it was worth the price. During the day there was an attempted robbery by a group of teenagers right outside, and a late check-in phone number that didn't work left one guest sleeping in the lobby overnight. The room wasn't cleaned regularly. It was cleaned once, and only after I asked. The furnishings, including the sofa, chairs and parts of the floor, had visible stains. There was mold around the window frames, the bed was uncomfortable, toilet paper was empty when I arrived, and the shower gel was never refilled. The temperature was a problem in both seasons: the heating hadn't been turned on during the cold period, and later the air conditioning was switched off on a set date despite several warm days. The room became hot, and open windows let in noise from aircraft. The indoor pool looked old and dirty, with leaves in it. The sauna never warmed up. The kitchenette was dated, with visible mold in the fridge and worn, partly broken stovetops.

The air conditioning worked, and the hotel is near the Airbus plant. That was about all I liked. My room was quite dirty, with little more than a vacuuming done, and the bathroom was filthy and poorly equipped. The shower had a lot of mold, and its drain was clogged, so I stood in pooled water. The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when I arrived, and there was no trash can in the room, only one in the bathroom. The toilet brush was disgusting and clearly hadn't been replaced in years. It wasn't white anymore. The bed was so uncomfortable it practically guaranteed back pain. Breakfast was poor, too: barely any choice, just an almost empty jam jar and an open Nutella jar for guests to scoop from. It didn't feel like a buffet or a decent offering. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and reception was left unattended about 90% of the time.

We found technical problems with the stove and air conditioning in our first room, so the next morning they moved us to another one. Everything seemed fine until close to midnight, when a late-arriving guest opened our door. The front desk had apparently assigned the room to them and forgotten we were already staying there. It was stressful for us, especially with our 15-year-old daughter, and for the other guest too. We were lucky they behaved appropriately. This was a serious room planning and security failure.

For what we paid, it was perfect. The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful, and the apartment had the basics and a comfortable bed. We went straight down to the pool and had it to ourselves, which was lovely. It was big enough to swim a few lengths and unwind. Check-in times are fixed because the desk isn't staffed outside those hours. The hotel is near the airport, but we didn't notice much noise.
