Hôtel Ours Blanc Centre

The city-centre location is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The bathroom had dirt between the tiles, mold, and fungus. In the room, the carpet was stained, the dirty curtains had holes, and there were bloody marks on the walls. There were also lots of mosquitoes. The furniture was worn out and badly in need of renovation. One night was more than enough. Never again!

Some of the staff were unfriendly. The hotel felt very old and fell short of hygiene standards, and the rooms looked nothing like the photos online.

The central Toulouse location and good service were positives, but I don't recommend this hotel. The room didn't match the website photos, and the paint was worn. There were no outlets by the bed, poor sound insulation, and a view of air conditioning machines. Mold in the bathroom and dirty carpet and air conditioning made my allergies worse. I was also uneasy about the lack of identity checks and the open Wi-Fi. The hotel combines evaluations for two properties, so photos of prettier rooms appear alongside this one.

Our room, 215, looked very tired, with dirty carpet, old furniture, and a bathroom showing signs of mold. There was no shower curtain or plug near the bed. The pillows were rock hard, though some people might like that. The window faced the inside of the buildings, mostly other air conditioning units. The hotel is in an excellent location.
