Parenthese Concept Room

The elevated tub overlooking Toulouse was magical, and the loft had gorgeous views, wonderful amenities, a spacious, comfortable bed, and an exquisite layout. The whole staff were incredibly helpful with sorting out our reservation and were fabulous at communicating. The loft was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

The spa facing Toulouse and its nightlife was a real plus. The furnishings, view, and sound inside the flat were all really nice, and the owner was available to answer questions. This place offers an enjoyable moment. I highly recommend this Eden 🤗

Top notch.

At €207 a night with breakfast, I expected basic comfort and a professional response when something went wrong. Instead, the place felt badly kept, with peeling floor coverings, worn finishes, and a strong musty smell that made the air hard to breathe. The jacuzzi was badly rusted, and the advertised exceptional view could only be seen from the hallway, not the bedroom. The room was unbearably hot. The air conditioning did nothing, so we had to leave both the window and inside door open to get a draft, and still had a very uncomfortable night. When we reported it, we were told we had probably used the remote incorrectly, though it was set to cooling at 16°C and we checked it repeatedly. There was also a strange issue when my friend tried to give me this stay as a gift: on arrival to pick up the keys, he was asked to cancel his Booking.com reservation so the owner could receive the full amount. No discount or compensation was offered. Blaming guests instead of acknowledging a possible fault, along with the poor condition and lack of consideration, made this a very disappointing stay. I strongly advise against this property.
