The room was good and clean, though a bit pricey and far from the metro station.

The receptionist can arrange a small bag delivery, which helps since breakfast isn’t included on weekends. We found the apartment clean and roomy, and the welcome was very good. It’s near the sports facilities, including the artificial turf pitches, skate park, and rugby clubhouse. Private parking is available as an extra. I’d recommend it.

The location is good and quiet, and the place felt secure. It’s a small furnished studio, but comfortable and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette. Staff were friendly during opening hours. There’s one basement parking spot available to rent. I recommend it.

The reception staff were very friendly, which I appreciated. But when I unfolded the bed, I found huge black stains in several places on the duvet cover. The cleaning needs work. Photos attached.

Appart'city is no longer operating here, and the Appart'city name is gone. The apartments are still available to rent, though. Look for “The Urban Refuge of Toulouse - Former Appart'city” on Booking.com, Airbnb, or its dedicated website.
