Residence de Diane

I had a nice terrace to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and there was also a supervised pool, though meetings and business dinners meant I never got to use it. The room was modern, spacious, clean, fully air conditioned, and the windows blocked the nearby road noise well. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the staff were friendly. It made an excellent base for my second week of business meetings in Toulouse, not far from the airport. I'll be back next year.

The residence was really peaceful and made it easy to relax. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the very good breakfast. Our apartment was lovely, with enough space, a clean bathroom, and even a small kitchen. We stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. It was close to the swimming pool.

The room and bathroom weren't properly cleaned. The pool was closed, which was disappointing. On the plus side, staff were friendly and it was quiet, with a free fitness studio, a dishwasher and refrigerator, pet-friendly rules, and a private shaded parking spot.

I was confused when the woman checking us in said breakfast wasn't paid for. After 30 hours of flying from NZ, I doubted my memory and trusted what she told me. At checkout I found out we'd already paid, but they wouldn't refund the extra charge. She said her boss would email me, and he has now said it's non-refundable. I'm very disappointed because the staff member had given me incorrect information and even directed me to somewhere outside the hotel to buy breakfast. My family ended up paying twice for no reason.
