Residhome Toulouse Occitania

The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of space. The concierge was also polite and helpful. For a week’s stay, the price made the experience not bad, though there’s room to improve. We were told check-in would be at 3 pm, but had to wait longer because cleaning still wasn’t finished. There weren’t enough extra towels or bathroom supplies, just soap and no shampoo. The fitted sheets were awful and slipped off every night.

It was okay and close to the tram. The hallways were being renovated, and there was a strange smell.

We loved our stay in June 2024. The apartment was clean and practical, and turned out to be a great place to stay while visiting Toulouse, the beautiful red-brick city. Ours had its own kitchen and a very wide balcony overlooking the Toulouse racecourse. We sat in a comfy chair, had drinks, and watched chariot racing. The purpose-built block has excellent transport links to the center, which is also walkable in about forty minutes.

Thank you for finding my kid’s plush toy after I lost it and returning it to me. The service, rooms, and location were great. The pool was clean and nice, and there’s a washer and dryer.
