The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable, though I wasn’t sure about the bedding. The shower worked really well, and the coffee machine was a lifesaver. A small kettle would have been a very practical extra. The rooms were a little small but more than adequate for the length of our stay. At first I thought the location would be a problem, but good public transport and taxi links made it bearable.

The rooms and hotel are new and spotless, the beds are comfortable, and I slept really well. Breakfast was great, with fantastic views over the airport and city. Arriving by car was confusing. The hotel’s map location sent me to a different car park, and reaching reception was awkward too, since it’s on the 7th floor. On the ground floor it felt like I was entering an empty office building, with a security guard who ignored me. Many reviews mention these same problems, so management seems aware, but they still haven’t been sorted out. First impressions stick with you.

I reckon this hotel will be closed in three years. Leaving the toxic criticism aside, the friendly young woman at reception did a great job while also serving as receptionist, bartender, and room service. She deserves a raise, or perhaps should be managing the hotel herself. The “King” bed is a fraud: it’s two twin beds, and they’ll fall apart when you and your spouse try anything romantic.

We had a really nice stay. The blonde woman at reception was fantastic and wonderful.

I was here for work and had a great stay. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped. The staff were the best part, all excellent, friendly, and attentive. They went out of their way to make us comfortable.
