This is my favorite place to rest on weekends in Toulouse. The service is thoughtful and kind, and the rooms are clean and very nice. The hotel is downtown in a really practical spot, close to l'Abbaye Saint Sernin and the Garonne rive.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, with good-quality local produce, and the location was fabulous. I'd definitely recommend it.

The shower was great and the staff were lovely, but my stay was deeply uncomfortable. The hotel was pretty, yet offered little comfort or accessibility beyond a lift that could barely fit two people. My accessibility request seems to have been ignored, though I can't tell whether the hotel or Hotels.com was responsible. They said they knew about my needs but didn't try to meet them. Hotels.com sent an early survey asking if I got a room upgrade, then why not. That left me feeling cheated. After seeing my survey answers, the hotel only asked me about them. Leaving was awful too: I had to catch an early flight, and despite staff twice telling me I owed nothing, the night porter demanded €50 in taxes and shouted at me in French when I explained. I would only recommend this place to young, healthy people staying one or two nights who don't care much about comfort. I'll never stay at a hotel calling itself "Boutique" again.

Right in the heart of Toulouse, this is a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful at any hour. The hotel is on the small side, as the floor plan photo shows, but my room felt cozy.

It's a very good base for exploring the city on foot, right beside a cathedral. The room we had on the fourth floor was large, comfortable, and quiet during our stay. Parking is a hassle, though. Find out how to park before driving in, or you may have to turn around because of the road closure and one-way streets. You need to use the Jeanne d'Arc underground Parking, then walk about eight minutes with your luggage.
