The studio was spacious, comfortable, and practical, with all the details taken care of. Staff were friendly and responsive throughout my stay, and I appreciated their thoughtful attention. The location is a real plus: downtown, but far enough from the busiest spots to enjoy some peace and quiet in a safe neighborhood, while still being within walking distance of them.

Being right by Pont Neuf made it easy to get to the main sights, and the riverside walk nearby was lovely. Communication was good and quick. The only awkward bit was adjusting the radiator.

We ended up leaving after finding so many problems with the room. There were greasy handprints on the walls, a dirty towel from a previous guest in the cupboard, a bathroom light coming loose, a handle missing from a bedside table, torn curtains, a hole in the second bedroom wall, and an unsecured sliding door. The master bedroom had no headboard, with old fixing holes still visible. The coffee machine was dirty too. The kitchen sink gave off a horrible sulphur smell, and we later found a basin beneath it full of foul water. It had a thick black rim, so it seemed to have been sitting there for quite a while. The basin was catching a leak from the water tank to the sink, and we were concerned it could be a legionella health risk. We had already reported the disrepair without getting a resolution. When we told staff about the water and our concerns, they offered us free breakfast. A technician came by and said he hadn't known about it and would need to work on it. By then, we'd packed and decided to book somewhere else. We've never done that before, but the number of issues left us feeling we had no choice. We asked for a refund and still haven't heard back. We spent our last two days in a lovely, clean hotel room elsewhere.

It was quiet despite being reasonably close to the center. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen, and the continental breakfast was cheap and worth having. Very good value, and I'd recommend it.
