We really enjoyed being so close to the area's highlights, and the cliff views were lovely. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and spoke French so clearly that even we, as non-French speakers, could understand them :)

The pool area was superb and very relaxing. We also had an excellent breakfast with plenty to choose from. Our room was spotless and really comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

8/10
The rooms were clean and the price felt fair for what you get. There's a very picturesque village, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, within walking distance, though it's uphill, with plenty of good restaurants. It belongs to the Association of the most beautiful villages of France. My one concern was that there was no fire alarm in the room, only in the corridor.

Our room was spotless, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent. When someone in our group left luggage behind, the staff went above and beyond to arrange a courier to his home. Excellent service.

It was a pleasure staying here. The rooms were comfortable, the French breakfasts were wonderful, and the swimming pool was a lovely extra.
