The beds were comfortable, and that’s about the only thing I can praise. We booked this place for a hen party of 12, but it felt cramped and badly overdue for renovation. Peeling paint and wallpaper, a broken blind in the 10-person dorm, and a double room that was the only one in acceptable shape. The mattress protectors need washing too: there was blood on the bottom one. There was a tobacco smell throughout, plus a damp odor in the main room with the jacuzzi. It’s large, but doesn’t work well for using the space, with very few bubbles. An inflatable jacuzzi would probably do a better job. The bathroom light needs repair as well. The website photos don’t show the place accurately. I suspect the better ratings are for the smaller Gites'n Spa accommodations, because this one is in desperate need of work. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a really good night and will definitely come back. It was clean and quiet, and the welcome was great. We watched a France national team match with friends on the video projector, then had music and a hilarious music quiz. There was a bar area and a very handy fridge. Thanks again!
