No onsite parking because of roadworks, which was awkward and inconvenient, and the place was very run down. The staff were helpful, and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. There was a cat on the dining table, and the Halloween decorations were horrible.

Fine for a night or two. There's a secure car park, breakfast starts at 5am, and the receptionist was helpful until 9pm. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of power sockets, and a small communal microwave was available. Rooms are at the front and back of a three storey building, with external concrete and iron stairs to the upper floors. It's near the Metro, about 40 mins to Lille. You get one pillow and one towel per person, but no kettle or refreshments in the room. You'll need to ask how the heater works.

The room was extremely small, especially the motel-like toilet and shower. It works fine if you just need somewhere to sleep, but I wouldn't want to spend much time in there. The neighbours were pretty noisy too, perhaps because of the sporting event.

We were in Roubaix for the Paris Roubaix challenge and pro cycling event, and stayed here for the trip. The rooms are cramped and can get noisy early in the morning. It’s a small, basic hotel, but it was clean, warm and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, I can’t really complain.
