Campanile Tours Nord - Forum Melies

I stayed one night in June 2024 while on a student tour and had a really good time. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with great air conditioning, and the hotel WiFi was excellent. Breakfast and service were great too. There are a few places nearby, so the students had options for things to do. I'd stay again.

The service was lovely, and we had a wonderful bedroom. Restaurants are right by the hotel and the tram stops just outside. Finding the place by car was a different story. The underground parking wasn't obvious, so I first parked on the street before spotting the small signs. The receptionist said it had taken a long time to get those signs installed. It might help to mention the parking on the website before guests arrive. I'd return.

The receptionist was really kind and helpful. Our room was large, classy, and very clean, with a great comfortable bed and a nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was okay, though I've had better. The hotel is a little far from the city centre, and private parking costs 5€ per day.

There was a huge Imax cinema just yards away, along with the tram stop and other restaurants. We had an excellent meal next door at the Au Bord restaurant, since a function meant we couldn't eat at the hotel on arrival. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with most of what you need, and the location is great. Finding it was the worst part: both sat navs in our car got totally confused, just like us. Once we found it, we located the underground car park and made it to reception. The air conditioning wouldn't work, and breakfast was disorganised. Everyone just dived in, without enough staff to guide them.
