We had a spacious room with air conditioning, and the view of the iconic town of Tourtour was great. The meal was delicious from the starter through to dessert. Everything is made fresh that day, so remember to call ahead to reserve at the restaurant. A very good place to stay and eat if you’re in the area.

Authentic and wonderful, with a welcoming host, very large rooms, and a great price. The village is a five-minute walk away, with nice restaurants and incredible views.

The setting is beautiful, with an ideal location and view for a wedding. The service, though, was very poor and lacked any anticipation. Dishes came out disjointedly, the food was very mediocre, and the drinks weren’t cold. The wedding cake was served on gourmet plates, and it was full of holes and in a state of decay. The welcome was very hit-or-miss. Superb venue, but I’d avoid the wedding service.

The owners at Domaine de Beauveset made us feel incredibly welcome and were always on hand with useful advice and local tips. The estate is beautifully situated for visiting the nearby towns, and the region itself is stunning. We had an extraordinary experience and I highly recommend the venue, whether you’re there for a few days or an event.
2/10
The venue itself was lovely, but our experience trying to book it for a wedding was frustrating. The quote we got on the phone doubled when we visited. After that, we spent months contacting the owners for the rental agreement and kept hearing, “Yes, yes, I’ll take care of it this week.” We were lucky to find a more reputable venue. I wouldn’t recommend this one.
