The beach is about a 5 minute walk down the road, with another route via a path on your right. Trebeurden is within 2km and has what you need, from boulangeries and banking to an Intermache supermarket with a petrol station. It’s steep going, so cycling suits you if you’re fit; otherwise it’s a walk or short drive. Further out, there are lots of beaches along the pink granite coast, and Lannion has a great market. This is a small, quiet, well-kept campsite, with attractive landscaping, flowers, and tidy facilities. It sits on a fairly steep hillside, arranged across 3 terraces, with level, reasonably sized pitches. Each pitch has electric if needed, and the views over the local beach are great. There’s a water point on every terrace, and you can move between them by steps or use the roadway at the end. Reception is on the middle terrace. The washing and toilet facilities are on the top level, and there’s another new facilities block on a level above the pitches. A deck with tables and chairs there looks out over the bay. Prices are very reasonable too. For anyone driving a larger motorhome or towing a caravan, I’d approach from the east via Rue de Kernevez and then Chem du Can. The entrance would be too tight coming from Rte de Pors Mabo. The maximum unit size is 6.5m.
The view is perfect, probably the best of the nearby campsites.
The kids had a great time feeding the animals, and the galette food truck was delicious. The campsite itself is lovely and peaceful, with very clean facilities and good upkeep. Your smile shines as brightly as the sea view, and your mother's is infectious, even though she kept the lobsters' hiding place a secret. Thanks for everything.
At €20.90 for one night in a 6.20m vehicle with electricity included, the value is unbeatable. The welcome was friendly, and the sanitary facilities were clean. Pitches fit motorhomes under 6.50m. The sea view is lovely, especially from the higher pitches, which seem very popular, so I think it’s best to book ahead. They lent us an adapter and a long extension cord for free.
