The hotel looked a little unpromising from the street, but the bar inside was cozy and the staff made us feel welcome. On a rainy day, it was just right for a coffee. If you like lattes, this was the best coffee I've had in France.

We only stopped for coffee, but the lunchtime service felt strained while the staff were serving local customers. Other tourists complained loudly too, despite speaking French very fluently. I'd avoid visiting at lunch.

A good spot along the GR 34 long-distance trail, and the food was good too.
