Le Rideau Miné

A peaceful little haven out in the countryside. The hosts were very helpful, and it felt like a real gem.

The grounds overlooking the Mayenne River were magnificent, and we even got to take a boat ride. Everything felt calm. Dinner was delicious, with the table beautifully set by the host and the food prepared by the hostess. The rooms were lovely and tastefully decorated. We were welcomed with a cold beer and a slice of cake, then had a generous breakfast with homemade yogurt, jams, gingerbread, and more. We highly recommend this place.

The breakfasts and meals were generous and excellent, and the house and rooms were a treat to look at, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The warm welcome and genuine kindness made it easy to recharge. You can feel that lovely energy throughout this gem. I’m glad I got to discover this beautiful region, and I have a lot of respect for all the hard work.

Our room, "Chez Camille," was clean, comfortable, and decorated with real taste. We loved the vegetables Serge grew and Laurence prepared, and breakfast was generous with homemade products. Laurence and Serge made our first bed and breakfast stay perfect. Their lovely home is a great place to relax and enjoy the fresh air, and it’s ideally placed for exploring the Anjou Bleue region and its many attractions. We wholeheartedly recommend it and hope to come back soon.
