ibis Styles Perigueux Trelissac

I found the mostly young staff really polite, courteous, and available. The location worked especially well with a dog, since there are nice walks right by the hotel. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable, and the outdoor terrace and pool were lovely. The air conditioning was very good too. The connecting room we were given was a problem. We could hear everything from next door, especially the television, so you depend on your neighbors going to bed when you do. The rooms are small, need updating, and have no wardrobe space. Restaurant prices are silly, 18.50 for a burger is too much. IBIS management should offer a reasonably priced three-course evening meal with a carafe of wine, and more people would eat there. Fine for a night or two, but the bedrooms need updating.

Excellent room, nice location, and a relaxed feel. Breakfast was good and the staff were super friendly. Best ibis we've stayed at!

Samuel Calau was outstanding when we had trouble with our vehicle. He helped call the mechanics and translated for us, and even brought us as much ice as we could eat! The place is great value, with clean rooms, easy free parking, and a small pool to jump into. Breakfast was included, with delicious fresh orange juice.

We've usually had a very good experience, but this time we booked for three people and were shown rooms set up for only two. Staff had to quickly find connecting rooms, which took a while. That wasn't good with a child who has autism.
